These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the LOW Collectibles website. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
1. ABOUT LOW COLLECTIBLES
LOW Collectibles is a UK based online retailer specialising in trading card products, graded cards and collectables.

2. PRODUCTS
We aim to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible.
For individually photographed collectables and graded cards, minor differences in appearance may occur due to lighting, photography and screen settings.
Where a product is professionally graded, we will state the grading company and grade in the product listing where applicable.
3. PRICES
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling.
The total price of your order, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Prices and availability may change without notice, but this will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
4. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a refund.
5. PAYMENT
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Orders will not normally be dispatched until payment has been successfully processed.
6. DELIVERY
We currently deliver within the UK.
Available delivery options, charges and estimated delivery information will be displayed during checkout.
We aim to dispatch orders promptly and package collectables carefully.
Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you or to another person you have nominated to receive them, except where you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer as a delivery option.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory rights.
We offer a 30-day returns policy as detailed in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
8. SEALED PRODUCTS & COLLECTABLES
The sealed condition and packaging of trading card products and collectables can form a significant part of their value.
Opening factory seals, booster packs, protective wrapping or otherwise using or altering a collectable may significantly reduce its value.
Any return involving such products will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable UK consumer law.
9. YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
Goods supplied by LOW Collectibles must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose as required by applicable UK consumer law.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
LOW Collectibles branding, logos and original website content belonging to us must not be copied or used without permission.
Third party names, trademarks, product artwork and other intellectual property displayed in connection with products remain the property of their respective owners.
11. WEBSITE INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure information on our website is accurate and up to date.
If we discover an error affecting an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom.
Nothing in these terms affects any rights you may have regarding where legal proceedings may be brought under applicable consumer law.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version displayed on our website at the time you place an order will apply to that purchase.
